About Us
A safe place to land.
You know your child better than anyone. When something feels off, we take that seriously. Our team brings feeding, lactation, and oral function care together under one roof, so you don’t have to piece together answers from different places. Our mission here is to listen to you so we can help you understand what comes next.

OUR STORY
We've been where you are.
Kayla Richardson and Nicole Edwin both struggled to feed their own children. When they sought help, they discovered just how hard it was to find skilled support, even for common feeding challenges. So, in 2019, they founded the clinic they wished they’d had to help them back then.
Abeille began as a speech and feeding therapy practice. Today, it brings together speech-language pathologists, lactation consultants, occupational and physical therapists, a registered dietitian, myofunctional therapists, and bodywork practitioners, all working together on one coordinated care plan for your family.
What we believe
Feeding challenges rarely happen on their own.
Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, starting solid foods, sleep, breathing, body tension, movement, and nutrition are often all connected. We look at the whole child and family to understand what’s contributing to your concerns and build a plan that supports long-term wellness.

Who we care for
Care that grows with your family.
Many families first come to us during pregnancy or with a new baby. As they learn how feeding, sleep, and breathing connect, they often return with older children—and sometimes for their own care.

Pregnancy
Prepare for feeding before your baby arrives, with prenatal consults and nutrition support.
Newborns
Help with latch, supply, pumping, and bottle feeding, plus checks for oral ties and tension.
Babies
Guidance through starting solids, and physical therapy for the strength and coordination feeding depends on.
Kids
Help with picky eating, feeding delays, and how your child’s mouth and body work together at the table. If you notice the same patterns in yourself, myofunctional therapy and nutrition support are here for you, too.
Adults
Adults can find support during pregnancy, nutrition guidance, myofunctional therapy to improve mouth and tongue function, and bodywork to ease tension in their bodies.

We provide superbills to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Check your out-of-network benefits first.
HSA and FSA

Cash pay
Depending on your plan and deductible, paying directly may cost less than using insurance. Ask about bundled pricing.
We’re always looking at new insurance contracts because we know how much you want to make the most of your benefits. Staying out of network can sometimes save you money, and it lets us pay our skilled clinicians fairly while keeping our rates as low as we can. We believe every family deserves expert feeding support, and we’re working to bring it to as many families as we can. If you have questions, we’d love to hear from you. Send us a message, or text or call 314-252-0153.
