As a mother of three boys, my own experiences navigating their nursing, speech, and motor development needs led me down the path of bodywork, structure, and function. Through these experiences, I began to recognize how restrictions and tension throughout the body could influence feeding, movement, and development.
In 2023, I began my professional training in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) through the Gillespie Approach. I attended The Body Therapy Center and School of Massage in Swansea, Illinois, becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist in both Illinois and Missouri and earning certification in Myofascial Release (MFR). I am currently completing a 700-hour training program in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST), working toward RCST® certification.
My approach to bodywork draws from my training and experience, allowing me to integrate different techniques based on each individual’s needs. I have a deep passion for helping others by supporting whole-body function and well-being.
