My name is Kimmy Lopez! I’m a Milwaukee Wisconsin native, turned St. Louis permanent resident after meeting my husband while attending SLU!
I’m an Occupational Therapist and IBCLC. Over the last 10+ years, I’ve enjoyed working with people of all abilities spanning from infants to geriatrics in a variety of settings. I’m a mom to two sweet boys who constantly keep me on my toes. After having my first son, and navigating a breastfeeding journey full of twists and turns, my passion project turned into a career shift that I’ll never stop learning about and be forever grateful for.
I love supporting new and seasoned moms through prenatal preparation and the postpartum experience. I value a holistic and patient centered approach supporting families with hands on bodywork for baby, positioning and breastfeeding education, flange fitting and pumping support, bottle feeding and combo feeding/supplementation education, infant milestone guidance and so much more. My goal…is to support you, and your individual feeding goals!

Lactation support
Feeding your baby shouldn’t feel confusing, painful, or isolating. At The Abeille Feeding Clinic, our lactation support services are designed to support both you and your baby—from the early days after birth through ongoing feeding transitions.
Bottle feeding
Whether you bottle feed exclusively, combine breast and bottle, or are offering a bottle for the first time, we’ll help with refusal, slow or stressful feeds, and positioning. Expect a gentle, step-by-step plan and zero judgment.
