  1. The site is not medical advice

The content on this site, including service descriptions, articles, and social media links, is for general information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for an evaluation by a qualified clinician. Every family’s situation is different. Please talk with your own healthcare provider about your health or your child’s health.

  1. Using the site does not make you a patient

Browsing the site, sending a message, or submitting a form does not create a clinician-patient relationship with Abeille or any of our clinicians. That relationship begins only after you schedule and attend an appointment with one of our clinicians.

  1. Emergencies

If you or your child has a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Please don’t use this site, our contact form, email, or text messages for urgent or emergency concerns.

  1. Appointments and booking

Appointments are booked through Jane App, a third-party scheduling platform. When you book through Jane, Jane’s own terms and privacy policy also apply.

Our cancellation, no-show, and late arrival policies are shared when you book and are part of these terms. [Summarize the cancellation window and any fees, or link to the full policy.]

Booking an appointment does not guarantee a specific clinician, time, or location. We may need to reschedule in some cases, and we’ll let you know as soon as we can.

  1. Payments, insurance, and coverage

Payment is due at the time of your visit unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. Prices, packages, and bundles listed on the site may change, and the price you’re quoted at booking applies.

Information on the site about insurance is general, and coverage depends on your plan. We can’t guarantee that your insurance will cover any service. Please check your benefits with your insurance company before your visit.

Some insurance coverage for lactation services is offered through partners such as The Lactation Network and Wildflower Health. Those partners decide coverage under their own terms, not ours. When we provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, the decision to reimburse is your insurance company’s.

  1. Messages, forms, and texts

When you contact us through the site, by email, or by text, you agree that we may reply the same way. Standard message and data rates may apply to texts.

Please don’t include detailed medical information in our contact form or in email. These channels may not be secure. We’ll follow up to talk through the details in a more secure way.

  1. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information through the site. Health information you share as a patient is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices, as required by HIPAA.

  1. Third-party links and services

The site links to services we don’t control, including Jane App, our insurance partners, Google, Instagram, and Facebook. We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Using them is at your own discretion and under their terms.

  1. Reviews and family stories

Reviews and stories on the site reflect individual experiences. Every child and family is different, and we can’t promise any particular result from our services.

We share a family’s story or photo only with their permission.

  1. Our content

The site’s text, photos, logos, graphics, and design belong to Abeille or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, republish, or use our content or branding for any other purpose without our written permission.

  1. Using the site responsibly

When you use the site, please don’t:

  • Send spam or harmful code, or try to access parts of the site you’re not authorized to use
  • Use the site in any way that breaks the law or interferes with other visitors
